The hotel has 88 rooms and suites spread over 9 floors, most of which have a private balcony, as follows:

• Double deluxe rooms (renovated) - 42 pcs.
• Double standard rooms - 27 pcs. 
• Studio deluxe (renovated) - 1 pc.
• One bedroom suite - 10 pcs.
• Maisonette deluxe - 3 pcs.
• Superior apartments with sauna (renovated) - 4 pcs.

* All double rooms suitable for 2 adults and a child or 3 adults

* All apartment types are suitable for families of 2 adults and two children or 3 adults and 1 child 

• Presidential apartment with two bedrooms and sauna (renovated) - 2 pcs.

For faster access to the hotel rooms, two elevators are provided.

Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00.
Release of the premises by 12:00.
In case of early check-in, before 09:00, the hotel reserves the right to charge your room/apartment bill the value of a full night's stay.
In case of late check-out, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., a fee of BGN 10.00 per hour is charged. After 18:00, the price of one night is charged.
