- Child O-5.99 years. accommodation and meals are provided free of charge
- Child 6 years old – 11.99 – pays an extra 28 BGN per day and sits on a sofa bed in the living room
- Child 12+ / adult - pays BGN 70.00 and sits on a sofa bed in the living room
*children up to 12 years old in a one-bedroom suite stay for free with breakfast and pay extra only for lunch and dinner
Prepayment and Cancellation Policy
- To guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 1 night of the total amount is required up to 7 /seven / days after the date of receipt of the confirmation. If advance payment is not received within this period, the reservation is considered cancelled.
- In case of no-show, the deposit is 100% used.
- In case of departure from the hotel earlier than the reservation made, the prepaid amount is not refunded, but is used in the form of a voucher until the end of the season
- Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before check-in.
