WINTER SEASON 2024/2025

1. The prices are per unit per night in BGN and include:

• Accommodation and meals according to chosen room type.
• Compliment on the date of arrival – mineral water, tea and coffee in the room;
• Access to the new Mountain Relax & Vitality Center: two indoor pools - for adults and children, Jacuzzi, salt sauna, Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, relax area, fitness area.
• Kids’ playroom (unattended).
• Storage room for own ski equipment.
• Shuttle bus to Ski center 1 /Tourist center/ and Ski center 2 /Malina/ - fixed schedule.
• Outdoor parking is available on site (according to availability upon arrival).
• Tourist tax and VAT.

3. Supplement for festive dinners /Christmas Eve on 25.12.2024 and New Year’s Eve on 31.12.2024/:

• Christmas dinner with traditional dishes and festive program (optional): 120 BGN for adult, 80 BGN for child 9-17.99 y.o.
• New Year’s Gala dinner on set menu and festive program with live music performance (mandatory): 280 BGN for adult, 120 BGN for child 9-17.99 y.o.
• Minimum stay requirement for New Year – 3 nights.
• All half-board reservations with an additional payment for a Christmas dinner (on 25.12) or for New Year’s Gala dinner (31.12) will be calculated at the BB price + the additional supplement for the respective festive dinner.
• For children up to 8.99 years, there will be no extra charge for festive New Yer's Eve dinner on 31.12. A seat will be provided for them in the restaurant, but no special menu other than the New Year's festive buffet is possible to be cooked. 

 

4. Supplements upon arrival:

• Pet’s accommodation – small breeds up to 10 kg – 30.00 BGN per day.

5.Early Booking discounts /01.12.2024 – 14.04.2025/:

• 20% discount for bookings made before 20.10.2024 and 50% payment before 31.10.2024.
• 15% discount for bookings made before 20.11.2024 and 50% payment before 30.11.2024.

         Note: For New Year period, a 100% prepayment is required within the specified deadlines.

        Discounts do not apply to New Year & Christmas dinner supplements.

 

6. Payment and cancellation policies:

• For reservations made with Early Booking discounts:

• An advance payment is required within the specified deadlines /31.10.2024 and 30.11.2024/.
• The rest of the payment should be made at the reception desk upon arrival (except the reservations for New Year period).
• Free cancellation periods:
• For stays in Middle season: up to 10 days before arrival;
• For stays in High season: up to 14 days before arrival;
• For New Year: until 30.11.2024
• In the event of cancellation after the specified deadlines, a penalty of 100% of the deposit will be charged.

• For standard reservations (when no Early Booking discounts are applied):

• In order to guarantee a reservation, an advance payment 50% of the total amount is required within 5 days via bank transfer. The rest of the payment should be made at the reception desk upon arrival.
• Free cancelation periods:
• For stays in Middle season: up to 7 days before arrival;
• For stays in High season: up to 10 days before arrival;
• The deposit will be charged as a penalty in case of cancellation after the free cancellation period or no-show.

 

7. Other terms and conditions:

In case of early leaving or shortening of the stay – amounts will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation before the free cancellation periods, a refund will be made up to 14 days via bank transfer.

The hotel reserves the right to change its rates and conditions according to demand and current availability. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid for, the amount due will not be changed, regardless of the new price offers.
