The "Bulgarian village" barbecue restaurant is located in the heart of the Rhodopes in the center of Pamporovo resort. The restaurant offers authentic Rhodope cuisine, selected Bulgarian wines and a folklore program during winter weekends.

Barbecue restaurant Bulgarsko selo, part of the Sharlopov Group, is the only restaurant in a traditional country style in the city.

For lovers of traditional Bulgarian cuisine and delicious feasts characteristic of the Rhodopes, the "Bulgarian Village" barbecue offers homemade sarmicki, klin, patatnik, kachamak, katmi, Smilyan beans in a pot, and the restaurant's master chef will prepare an appetizing chevreme before your eyes.

The menu includes dishes from international cuisine, Balkan grill, steaks, specialties, traditional Rhodope dishes and Bulgarian dishes, desserts. Customers can choose between homemade wine and brandy, branded drinks and selected Bulgarian wines and unique Rhodope music complementing the authentic atmosphere.

The hotel's lobby bar was renovated in 2020. The lobby bar offers a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, cocktails, coffee, cappuccino, tea and sweets. It is equipped with a plasma TV, comfortable furniture, a fireplace and free internet access.
